The reality with L2L is that they don't treat their employees with respect, everyone is expendable and they will try to lock you in to a job promising enough hours or as close to 30 hours as possible but at the end of the day they schedule you for maybe 12 hours a week, sometimes with a couple hours early in the morning, stay on standby for 5 hours, and then another couple hours later in the day, yet they expect you to be available 24/7 and keep you from finding another job. The whole management system is disorganized and all about how they can benefit themselves. I started looking for jobs at other ABA companies and the first company I applied to offered me $2 more per hour with more hours to start. This company has nothing going for it other than the application process when they tell you everything you need to hear.

A lot of emails. But I would rather have over the top communication than a lack of communication like other companies.
