Great mentorship program with opportunities for growth to those that want it!

This is by far the best company I have ever worked for. Management frequently checks in with you, they care about your wellbeing, and about your success. They offer supervision hours for those looking to fit her their education as a BCBA. They give you the opportunity to work with different kiddos of different age groups in different environments. I have learned so much through their hands on training, shadowing and from my supervisors. The company pays for your drive time and your mileage and gives raises frequently. You have to work hard to gain your clinical skills and once you master what's on your BI Protocol you get a raise! They really care about providing the best services to their clients. They also have staff get togethers a couple times a year which completely complementary and is really nice to always feel appreciated. I feel completely invested in by my supervisors and I don't feel like I'm a number. This company feels like I'm part of a family and that I can reach my career goals here easily.
