Flexible hours which lets me accomplish other goals outside of work like going to school. Manager is transparent and allows me to work independently. Great mutual trust relationship.

Cons

It's janitorial work. It's a dirty job.

Cons

Most units and common are were allowed to be unsanitary creating biohazard issues without any enforcement of accountability upon residents by management staff.
