      Great staff of nurses and physicians. Performing my passion of cardiac Arrhythmia interpretation Working 12 hour shifts

      Sometimes inappropriate behavior was witnessed from the staff and administrator staff. They are no longer there.

      The job was very interesting in that the population was very diverse and required different needs.

      I felt senior management did not care for their employees as people and there was no interaction or personal feeling toward their staff.

      Pros

      I attempted to get a job here for over 2 months. As a BSN RN with 12 years of experience in ICU at Level 1 trauma centers, it normally takes me less than a week to secure a job. I couldn't even get a phone call from this hospital. That alone showed me what kind of place this was and I went elsewhere. There ARE other options.
