Pros

Hardworking dedicated clinical and ancillary staff. Long term employees know the patients and their families. All staff (clinical and ancillary) are working at a breakneck pace to accomplish as much as possible with less and less.

Cons

Corporate Culture - only looking at bottom line. Management views patients more as a nuisance than priority. Nursing stations are extremely noisy - need to have as few as interruptions as possible when preparing meds to prevent medication errors.

Not enough to make a difference.

Cons

Extremely poor morale, understaffed, overworked, rules change depending on who is kissing who's butt. There are very good people working here but it seems upper management think since they are the only game in town, they can treat employees in anyway they choose, and they choose badly.

Pros

Small hospital, great parking, good benefits, decent pay, free coffee and soda, everyone knows everyone, GREAT co-workers, flexibility. Up grades and repairs through out the hospital have been a constant. Opened up a new Cath lab with additional physicians.

Cons

Horrible communication! From all levels to all departments, extremely exasperating! Incompetence seems to be the norm, not the exception. No room for professional advancement. Electricity went out frequently
