Pros

YOU GET YOUR OWN OFFICE

Cons

Everything! The took 24000$ away from us while paid hourly to start us on salary and introduces an INCENTIVE PROGRAM for potential pay increase that you get AT THE END OF THE MONTH and only if all charts sent in are approved and pushed through to the VA! Not to mention the lack of transparency of these new changes.

Loyal Source Government Services- only loyal to themselves

Pros

If you work in person at their headquarters location, you’re more likely to have a good experience since the company puts effort into team-building activities and engagement. But only for in person HQ employees. Remote and field employees are completely left out. The disparity in treatment is glaring, and if you’re not physically in Orlando, expect to feel like an afterthought.

Cons

Mass layoffs happen, and sometimes they’re unavoidable. However, the way Loyal Source handles them is wildly unprofessional. Their business outlook is clear: they need you until they don’t. Instead of attempting to reassign employees to new roles, they are quick to terminate without consideration. Worse, since it’s not illegal in Florida, they refuse to pay out any accrued PTO when you leave—regardless of circumstances. Pay is another major issue. If you’re fresh out of school, it might seem decent. But for anyone with real experience, the compensation is insultingly low. They underpay skilled professionals while expecting high-level performance, making it clear they value cost-cutting over talent retention. The company’s actions in 2025 prove just how disingenuous they are. They sent out surveys to boost their ranking for the “Best Place to Work” award, performed annual reviews, gave raises, and then turned around and laid off hundreds of employees within two weeks. It’s clear that employee well-being isn’t a priority—just optics. If you’re considering a job here, think twice—especially if you’re remote or in the field. They will use you for as long as it benefits them, and when they decide you’re no longer needed, you’ll be gone without a second thought.

We appreciate your feedback and apologize for your experience. Your review will be shared with our leadership team as we aim to address all concerns with respect and understanding. Loyal Source strives to include all staff, whether remote or field, and values everyone equally. Terminations, though difficult, follow our company policy and are made with great consideration and conducted as professionally as possible. Survey announcements are shared to spread awareness, but they are never mandated, and completion is entirely voluntary. Our leadership team regularly reviews compensation and benefits to meet industry standards. Our pay structure and systems are discussed prior to contract to avoid surprises for our employees. Thank you again for your time. We sincerely apologize for your circumstances and wish you the best.

Worst employer I have ever had!

Pros

They overpay to recruit people

Cons

This is easily the worst company I have ever worked for. Stated that employees will never receive a raise, benefits are marginal (at best), performance is ignored in favor of playing the game and kissing up. If you don't care about people and exist only to tell the people above you how smart and perfect they are, while demonstrating complete incompetence in your role, this is the place for you! If you have a shred of integrity and are motivated to do the right thing, please do not consider working for this company. WORST PLACE I HAVE WORKED

Thank you for your honest feedback. Our annual reviews are assessed each year in order to determine deserved raises. We are pleased to announce our new benefit program and all of its enhancements. We are saddened to hear of your experience as we strive to ensure fair treatment and opportunity for all employees. Loyal Source is a no tolerance company and would not stand for any kind of abuse or unethical behavior. We provide contacts for ethics and compliance hotlines if you believe there to be an issue. In a contractual landscape there may be times where overtime is requested to keep up with the workload, but with a strong emphasis on work life balance, this is not mandated. Thanks again for your time and we wish you the best.
