Pros

There is a sense of bonding with certain coworkers experiencing the same turmoil. Additionally, the Lucid Air is a beautiful car with incredible technology that I believe will be successful in the long run.

Cons

Keep in mind that this review is with an open mind and not a particular agenda against Lucid Motors... just a recap of my experiences. Leadership is consistently petty and belittling. This move has been a complete stunt in career growth. Upon leaving, I'll write a review detailing specific experiences and include job title.

Pros

They attracted great people to work for them.

Cons

This company has stolen/ funneled billions of dollars, and is a front for the saudi royal family to create their own local electric vehicles while having the world pay-up for the technology and man-power to make it happen. They are currently investing billions of dollars into building a manufacturing plant in in Saudi Arabia to provide themselves with a fleet of vehicles. then will phase out Arizona. They have also wrongfully fired many people of color and of diverse backgrounds after they went public last year. Apparantly they ONLY HIRED MINORITIES IN ORDER TO GET THE SPAC MONEY. Good people got conned into this scheme and many of us figured it out eventually. It started to weigh on me when one by one all of the Senior Recruiters started to quit once they hit their 1 year mark. They should be heavily investigated by independent journalists. Shame on them for running a scam on the world after many good people believed and invested in them. Heavy work loads prevent work/life balance. Top-heavy Management makes the environment extremely "Corporate" and executive nepotism has perculated from above. To anyone reading this google "Saudi Arabia owns more than half of Lucid Motors"

Pros

Being apart of a transformative industry in such an early part of transitioning toward sustainable means of transport. Good exposure to various different departments and teams. A greater influence in shaping and creating new processes.

Cons

Poor Compensation. Miscommunication. Extremely difficult career advancement opportunity. Lack of reward and discipline for those who put a disproportionate amount of work in versus those who show up late and don't care. Poor benefits and flexibility in scheduling.
