      Pros

      Some swag every few months.

      Cons

      No work life balance, don't believe the lies. You will work weekends or be disciplined. There is a massive lack of communication from leadership. HR shouldn't even exist for the amount of help they provide. Organizational chart is not reliable, good luck knowing who is on your team or who you report to. Preach teamwork but omit certain teams for events, really great move for morale.

      I didn't find any pros in the couple of years I was working here .

      Cons

      Everyone is willing to throw each other under bus to make them-selfs look better. No work life balance Many departments are a mess Hierarchy approach Contractors make hiring decisions

      Fake job posts they bring people in for in for interviews, smart candidates and make stupid questions they don't make it. Don't work here
