Pros

They have earnestly turned a corner to do better by their employees with benefits, resources, fair bonuses and pay raises. Attempting to re-shape their management structure and pull in the business needed to improve processes.

Cons

A lot of the process will take a lot of time to advance and become better because they need to complete the cycle of revenue growth, hiring right to fill the right gaps etc. which takes time. Internal investments don't pay off overnight and trickle down to better efficiencies like getting off of spreadsheets for things that should be in a data lake with well thought out applications shared across the organization. Like left hand and right hand knowing what each other are doing and double spending in some places and in others there are processes so tied down with bureaucracy that is trying to combat that that I have seen 30 people hours spent on meetings and e-mails to figure out what to do with a less than 10k purchase that should be passed on to a customer. Maybe apply if you are a good business analyst.... Could help out.

Pros

FTO allows for flexible vacation time. Remote work is great. No need to come into the office because it was sold. People at the team level are friendly and nice to work with.

Cons

Layoffs continue to happen every couple of months across all departments. Chance of any kind of upward mobility is slim. Pay increases/cost of living increases will take years to happen if at all. Company is constantly performing poorly so your bonus will be cut accordingly regardless of personal performance. Most work in operations/tech has been outsourced to India leaving very few actual employee resources left to go to for expertise/questions.

A sinking ship

Pros

WFH is nice and managers are pretty good. Benefits are good.

Cons

CEO has no idea what she is doing. HOW HAS NO ONE MENTIONED THIS BEFORE ON HERE. Spending thousands and more likely millions on a Dare to Lead campaign book club. Moving from a carrier to a technology company. Not really sure why you wouldn't try to reduce products, win what you have, and build more fiber. No room to move to a new group. Company is a slow sinking ship to be sold off or bought
