Flexible remote work, but cost-cutting impacts job security

Flexible and remote work is the biggest benefit here

Cons

Cost cutting is getting out of control. Entire departments are being outsourced overseas and it’s impacting service. If you’re in leadership you’ll be promoted and compensated but downstream you’re lucky to still have a job.
