The environment and energy in the office makes it a pleasure to go to work every day.

Cons

Honestly, any negative aspects would be overly nit-picky. I never felt like there was something negative about Lumos Labs that I couldn't reasonably change. I felt very empowered to take charge.

Pros

A ton of autonomy to work on what you please. Also to me, the largest perk was the type of people I was working with. Nearly all were very interesting and smart!

Cons

The work can sometimes feel random and not well planned. Additionally, if you don't work on the product team, there's a general feeling that you're less of a priority.

People here are very friendly and care a lot about your well-being and interests. Joining Lumosity is like becoming part of a family. The work is interesting and meaningful and teams are aligned in a way that allows work to get done. I would recommend working here if you are the kind of person who enjoys working on something meaningful while being around great people.

Cons

You get spoiled with the amazing catered lunches.
