Pros
Structure - Despite being a start-up, Lunar is incredibly organized and efficient! Meetings are well planned, leadership is very well connected, and responsibilities are delegated efficiently.
Opportunities - In only 6 months of being at Lunar, I've learned more than I took on in perhaps 2-3 years of work at my previous role. The company is also growing rapidly and positions are opening up in all departments.
Resources - The company is incredibly well-funded and our leadership is working tirelessly to stay well ahead of schedule all without compromises or sacrifice of the quality of our product.
Perks - All the little things you wish you're company would do to provide a healthy, safe, and fun workplace ... Lunar does!
Training - Every leader here is eager to help those who want to grow develop their skills and abilities. My 1:1's are always very beneficial and I appreciate the time invested in me to teach and grow.
Community - I haven't just got great co-workers, I've made some friends here who I spend time with outside of work. Relationships here are tremendous.
Benefits - Our employees are treated like royalty in this regard.
Expertise - There's a lot of smart people working here putting enormous effort into their role. If you need a different perspective on something, they're always a great resource to consult.
Cons
I really can't say there's any valid cons in my role. No job is the perfect job and no company is the perfect company. Lunar isn't for everyone but if you want to be part of the forefront of the future of home electricity and clean energy you may just belong here.
