Pros

*Lunar has an exciting product and mission! The energy of the employees towards what they doing is obvious. Many folks feel that they are a part of something exciting opposed to just a job. It's great to work in an environment like this because you feel a real sense of teamwork and folks are willing to pitch in and help each other. *The culture is fun and open. People are comfortable being themselves. There are regular social events but also a lot of organic events organized by employees. Lots of genuinely kind and really smart people who care about others. It's very refreshing! Lunar has company values that you see actually implemented and not just talked about. There is a culture council that focuses on sustainability, wellness and DEI. *Management is accessible. The open office culture helps foster this as well. Executives and managers are approachable and willing to listen to concerns and feedback. Your opinions will actually be considered and you have an opportunity to help shape how things at the company work. *Transparent approach to information. The exec team provides updates companywide that are meaningful. I feel included in what's going on in the company. Other departments are open to share information if you ask them as well. *The opportunity to learn and grow is endless! You can get involved with so many different things and not just in your area of expertise. There are opportunities to be challenged and push yourself if you are up for it. *I feel appreciated, valued and supported. My contribution matters to people and does not go unnoticed. Lots of people celebrate the accomplishments and contributions of others at Lunar. You spend a lot of time at work, so it makes a big difference if you feel accomplished every day and enjoy what you are doing. *Benefits are great! Benefits start right away and there are lots of good plan options. You do pay out of pocket but the plans have amazing coverage! I opted for the top tier PPO and it's way better than any other plan I have had in the past. Most of my previous employers best plans are similar to a mid or lower tier at Lunar. *I am happy to be at a company that is doing something meaningful with a group of good people! The future is bright at Lunar and I am excited to be part of the Lunar family!

Cons

Startups are very fast paced environments and policies and procedures are evolving. Startup life is not for everyone but it is both challenging and exciting for those that are up for it. You have to be open change and pivoting.

Pros

At Lunar, you get to do some of the most important work of your career with people you're happy to spend a third of your life with. That matters! People give an enormous amount of their lives to working, and there needs to be shared joy. There are many cleantech and climate tech companies. More come up every day. The thing that sets Lunar apart are your colleagues and the kind of work you get to do. The work itself is also worth calling out. It's collaborative and considerate; demanding and rewarding. The job is clear, and the opportunities to do more are only as as limited as your ambition.

Cons

Hey it's a startup! That's not for everyone. You've gotta be nimble and have spirit. (This is a Pro, I suppose, as much as a Con)
