Pros

- population of young professionals is dominant and the work environment is very supportive - lots of chances to review your work to avoid pitfalls in your design, validation, implementation,etc - casual work place so it is very easy to get to know other people and learn from them - social activities with colleagues is always an option, some organized by clubs at the company, others that different individuals organize based on their interest - training is always provided and there is a small department dedicated for the internal education opportunities for professional development

Cons

- technical training is not rigorous so you have to be comfortable reaching out to experienced engineers for help and support - limited travel opportunities for a new engineer unless you are a manufacturing engineer - you are expected to be at the office 8-5 on work days and working from home is not an option for most employees

They are very reasonable when it comes to salaries and employee's personal matters as long as you are doing your job, the management will always be on your side!

Cons

Good and Friendly Staff; especially the old staff that has been there for over 20 years, they are good people and they will help the new employees get ahead!
