      Great culture, lots of opportunities, easy to move around, get to work with very talented pool of people, world leader in lighting control

      Cons

      there are things that are more important that other things. while we strive to do our best at doing things thoroughly we still want to continue improving our internal documentation.

      Focus on engineering Opportunity to have real input and change processes Very stable job with no layoffs in company history

      Cons

      Annual raises are relatively meager Most of the focus is still on electrical engineering IT department and security concerns sometimes stifle progress
