Pros

If you are an engineer you have the best chance to grow/success on your career, of course if you are offered a job you need to take it no questions asked.

Cons

If you are doing your homework you will find out that Lutron does not have a mission statement or vision posted anywhere on their site, that should tell you something. Lutron business culture is stuck in the 60s creating a paradox for new hires that bring expertise and innovation to the company thus leaving the company after a year or two.

Pros

Innovation Flexibility Good co-workers, many smart people work here Mid management is very competitive If you are an engineer you get a lot of respect. Non engineers are not treated well

Cons

Management changes their mind all the time Organized chaos HR calls itself "Personnel" but still you don't feel like a person around them
