      Good place to start career, no long term

      Pros

      Good opportunity to start a career. Gave opportunities to learn.

      Cons

      Salary is on the low side. Management acts like a 5% raise with a promotion is like having to bend over backwards. Same goes with the 1% bonus. Very weird family dynamic, promotions based on who you know not how well you preform. Growth is very limited for long term.

      Pros

      Most people are extremely smart and generally great to be around. They will help you through the many tough times.

      Cons

      Decision makers are slowly killing their employees and success of the company. However, it is happening slowly, like everything else here.

      Pros

      High energy company culture (LV office, not yet visited CB), friendly coworkers, open access policy, customer AND employee oriented (you don't have to put up with verbal abuse), great benefits, flexible scheduling around doctors and such, room for progression!

      Cons

      pretty repetitive at first until you get into more systems than just wallbox, sometimes tries to be more nostalgic than modern, a couple redundancies go unaddressed
