      Profitable, nice faciliy, seemingly pleasant management, lots of smart people.

      Cons

      Mired in the deceased owner's world view. Groupthink. People only do it the "Lutron way". Total lack of non-engineering business expertise.

      There are some good people, a few, in the lower ranks that have been suppressed by the ancient leadership but have stayed. You can learn from these people.

      Narcistic, and plain evil people lead the global place.

      i will give one star JUST because even with horrible experiences you still can learn something after all

      racist company exploiting their people. everything is chaos you feel suffocated in your dark cubicle. management is terrible....as an engineer i suggest you go work ANYWHERE else. they can't get new people to fit in their bigoted culture
