Pros

There are a great number of very smart hard working people.

Cons

People leave and are not replaced, they just take the work of the people who leave and divide among other, they keep adding more and more work on others until they can't take it and then leave as well. -promotions are based on who you are related to, not based on merit. Even if you do great, you can't get promoted more than once every 3 or 3 years and even then your boss needs to fight HR on your behalf to get anything.

They are very reasonable when it comes to salaries and employee's personal matters as long as you are doing your job, the management will always be on your side!

Cons

Good and Friendly Staff; especially the old staff that has been there for over 20 years, they are good people and they will help the new employees get ahead!

Opportunities to move into different areas and work in varied projects and roles. Flat/non-existent org chart, so there aren't a lot of management layers between the average employee and top leaders.

Cons

Informal structure means internal politics can dominate decision making. Frequent changes in projects and priorities often aren't well-explained
