      Contract Support is Fantastic

      Pros

      If there are any issues with the government side of the contract, Lynker support has your back. They come to bat for you in negotiations and look out for your best interest. They follow up with you and engage in monthly meetings with you to become knowledgeable about the work that you do and to make sure that you are being respected and treated fairly. Lynker treats its employees as family and works to retain you in other areas if your contract ends, especially if it is a result of lack of funding by the Federal Government. Benefits are pretty good and there are merit increases and bonuses that are paid out.

      Your location is remote from your contract managers. Would love to interact in person with the managers.
