Pros

Thorough training and support from manager. Room to move up. Good environment to work in, although some times of the year are busier than others, with housing.

Cons

Tenants can be rude and unreasonable. Hours can be a bit difficult working on Saturdays.

Pros

Was very structured under original leadership. Training process ensured success. Good onboarding sales and training program. Property level employees are some of the best people.

Cons

CEO has a temper and was known for blowing up and insulting people. Compensation was not competitive. Disposed of all of their high salaried employees who started the company. Whiplash changes to that confused the employees.
