Use to be a very good company to work for. Fun, energetic, nice coworkers and interesting story.

Cons

People are leaving fast. Just a few weeks ago, the director of proserve, the director of compliance and the director of IT all left. These people like all the other ones had been here a while and had a lot to offer. Unfortunately, the new management has been quick to oust people and think that we are heading towards a good direction. Sorry, the only direction we are headed is down. There is more turnover to come. Not sure what the strategy is. If it’s to kill the company, then we are winning the fight.

It's a pay check at this point. Only other perk is that it is close to my house.

Cons

Strees levels are supper high. It seams like every day there is a new person quiting or getting fired. There is no leadership here. All the old VP's are gone and the new ones insipre little confidence. The company direction gets changed on a weekly basis without any real thought as to how it affects customers, employees and particularly morale.
