Excellent team of product, eng folks chasing solutions to interesting problems in imaging and video. CEO is low-ego, inspiring leader who empowers the teams at Lytro to build things. Supportive work environment.

Pros

Decent salary and very interesting product space and ideas. A lot of potential to do something interesting if they can get out of their own way.

Cons

Horribly dysfunctional. Arrogant and naive people with a lot of attitude. Delusional belief that success is inevitable based on an extreme over inflation of the innovative aspects of the technology. Can't believe the investors continue to fund this trainwreck.
