Pros

I have been in my position for just over six months and had never been in a position where I saw myself in a "career". Due to the high growth, innovation, and open communication with management, I am essentially growing into the position I want to end up in. Frequent manager check-in's, cross functional collaboration, openness to change have allowed my ideas to not only be heard, but implemented, which you cannot find just anywhere. There is a strong belief in a work-life balance, which is greatly appreciated by employees and boosts employee/team morale

Cons

As a high-growth company, there aren't always processes in place but these are recognized and constantly being worked on through Kaizen and other events.

Minor procedural aches from high growth. Company is actively addressing. Not a big deal.

Pros

Great product. I liked that we helped save lives. Company continues to grow quickly. They have an advantage over others who want to play in the space as they have years of data which they use to hone their event triggers.

Cons

Senior management is not open to change. They kill the messenger. You will do fine if you just keep your head down and don't try and change anything. They say they want change but they really don't.
