-Friendly, approachable, and active leadership team -Excellent corporate culture: lots of collaborative, humble, dedicated employees. Employees take corporate values to heart. When someone doesn't fit the type, it's very clear -Clearly communicated corporative goals and initiatives -Excellent cross-company communication -Many opportunities for innovation and contribution -A world-class office building -A highly capable, involved, and inspired Human Resources department -Success is measurable - very rewarding to work for a prosperous company

Cons

Growing pains. Fast growth means long hours, hiccups in processes, understaffing, learning by mistakes.

ELT Lacking real Leadership. Over worked employees and lack of appreciation.

Benefits are good. Good location.

Cons

True leaders set direction, build an inspiring vision through their teams, and create something innovative. All I see at this company is an executive leadership team that lacks appreciation for their employees. They work long hours and expect the same from their employees and they do not promote flexible work schedules or work life balance. Managers are encouraged to push people out of the organization that don't "fit" in. Working long hours is definitely something that is praised, even if you are not actually working. Some of the ELT has limited experience managing people and definitely lack leadership skills. Many managers including the ELT believe in winning no matter the cost. If you want work/life balance I would think twice before considering this company. Also, if you want to be appreciated and valued and have the opportunity to be supported in your career growth, this company is probably not a good choice.

Decent benefits, smart co-workers and flexible hours.

Cons

The leadership team is a joke! Felt like a dictatorship... and if you disagreed or challenged their views, you could very well be let go for "no longer being a good fit".
