      Good benefits, sales/construction relationships are stronger than other builders, and solid product. Great leadership at the regional and national level. Local leadership is hit or miss.

      Cons

      Management decisions made due to friendships that remain well known is hurtful to overall morale.

      Pros

      It’s an amazing place to work. Very collaborative and “team” oriented. They pay at or above market and offer nice benefits like paid maternity/paternity leave and they have an employee assistance program.

      Cons

      Homebuilding as an industry can be unpredictable.
