Pros
Most of the pros have long since disappeared. The once good inclusive groups have been gutted.
Cons
Pure politics has dictated who stays and who goes. People with little or no idea about their jobs are kept depending upon who they worked for at one time. The ship has not righted itself since the 2008 merger and the question will remain "who bought who?" Good talent has been let go or allowed to just leave without replacing them.
