The lack of work life balance and the daily unethical behavior makes it unbearable to last long in this organization. Upper management is never at work, but they are constantly "working from home." Dealing with the parent company, MRE is always a nightmare, they don't understand the needs and regulations of healthcare making our jobs that much more difficult. The financial hardship that the company is currently experiencing has put a major burden on moral. Rather than punish everyone, management should take a look at their own expense reports.

Employees could be a nightmare. Hate it when some family come and watch how you care for their "loved one" and judge when they're not there to see how their loved one deteriorates because of their ?!$&!? choice to put them on hospice. Hate the management: want to keep all residents because of $$ that they get not us. Coming to work everyday because of $ that I need and to do my job not to deal with the garbage people have to say.
