What a mess.....

Pros

I can feed my family, although I dont see them much, I can feed them. I am in no danger of getting layed off any time soon.

Cons

Their mandatory overtime is out of control, they run on a skeleton crew with a ridiculous turnover rate, then expect you to pick up the slack. 5-8 twelve hour shifts in a row to cover vacations is not uncommon. They have a complete inability to address and correct problems. Most of the middle management team has no print experience which is ridiculous. HR is never here and when they are they do nothing, everything is outsourced. MCC couldn't care any less about you or your personal life, your just an expendable asset to them.

High turnover can be a cause of excess overtime - and that is really hard on our associates. While we're happy to be a growing and busy organization, we hope to align our resources and processes to support us so the situation you described does not happen. Since you gave us this feedback in May, we have increased staff in the HR department, improved training of our leads and supervisors, and improved hiring efforts. We hope that you have seen an improvement in work-life balance.

Cons

Organisational issues, Management imposes policy changes on a monthly basis, forced shift coverage for those on vacation, forced to take vacation if you want a Saturday off, grossly under staffed.

Very reliable job. Money is good, very generous. Paid holidays. Good benefits with 401k.

Cons

12 hour days, many days of mandatory Overtime. Most holidays, make their employees work. Becoming a very strict workplace.
