I have never worked in such a dysfunctional environment in my life. There is an incredible amount of racism that goes on. Very obvious from management that the “good ol boy” system is in full force here. The 2 main managers, one in particular has a reputation for having affairs with several staff members. Departments at war with each other just because some people dont get along on a personal level (small office) so that ends up effecting EVERYONE and their jobs. The scheduling of the jobs is just atrocious... no one knows what they’re doing, causing everyone to look stupid. Product is being made that hasnt been requested and request product isnt added to the schedule. Unqualified women are given promotions because they're sleeping with management OR management would like the chance. Clients are constantly irritated. I witnessed a known alcoholic who drinks on the job, pass out and almost fall into a machine. Management didnt want him to go to the hospital because they'd discover his alcohol problem and they didnt want to bother with liability issues. So they gave him a break and put him back on the machine within 30 mins. Another person was a suspected meth user, known to fall asleep while sitting at the machine. Management saw and did nothing. This INCREDIBLY negligent. Its just a mess. I could go on all day.

Mandatory ot, crappy hr and management, under staffed, no life with family. They need to look at the turn over rate and ask themselves if they want to be in the situation they put people in. Horrible hr and supervisor can tell you to pretty much f off and nothing is done it's ok to be harassed too
