Pros

good company mission and most people are nice and compassionate

Cons

Always pressure to do more, even if our metrics were great. Pressure to work outside of paid working hours from immediate management. They offered the job as salaried so there is lots of pressure to work past 8 hours, but it doesn't work the other way around, you get remunerated hourly on your paycheck for 40 hrs a week max. If you work less you need to use PTO/sick time. It is not really salaried in other words.

Cons

Nurses treated poorly. Culture is toxic. Do your job and don’t raise any concerns or you will be targeted.
