Pros

MFA Oil is a huge family oriented company, that comes together as one. That is hard to find in this world, this is by far one of the greatest companies to work for!

Cons

The Moberly Campus and the Home Office in Columbia, are pretty divided for activities, functions etc.. It would be great if we could incorporate more inclusion between the two offices and have more things in Moberly.

I have worked here for over ten years now and the close-knitted mentality of this company is unlike any other business that I have been employed with. I have only worked for private companies as I love working for a business in which there is face to face relationship between employees. Do you need to talk to the president of the company? Just walk upstairs/call/email him and you have direct access. The support of co-workers is both professional and personal and you truly are able to make friends with so many employees due to the mentality we have as a work family. Flexibility, personally, in my position allows me to always put family first. As a single mom in graduate school, as well, my biggest cheerleaders are here. Support is abundant, benefits are great, employees are amazing, service is fantastic and our customers are the best!I can imagine working anywhere else.

Cons

We need a bigger building to be able to keep hiring such great employees.
