Pros

Very happy working with MFA oil. Good pay Good benefits Good co-workers They encourage employees to take additional training and will pay for you to do so. Overall a great place to work.

Cons

Plenty of opportunities for overtime - which can be both a blessing and a curse. They try to maintain a healthy work/life balance - but you will get stuck being on-call or working projects on the weekend from time-to-time.

Pros

Everything! I really loved my job at MFA Oil. My bosses were very nice and wonderful mentors. My coworkers were helpful and friendly. Hours were flexible. If you needed to take a early or late lunch for a doctor appointment or etc they didn't mind. Really enjoyed talking to the customers and the CSRs. They had lunches for Thanksgiving. A really caring company.

Cons

I didn't like my personal commute down highway 63.
