      Pros

      The employees take pride in working for a farmer-owned cooperative and there's a great workplace culture in place. It's also a growing company with lots of opportunities for personal career growth.

      Cons

      The company is currently going through some changes with its software systems and not all of the changes have worked out exactly as planned. Things should improve as the IT team gets a better handle on the new system.

      Pros

      Upper management always makes a lot of effort to stay engaged, support employees and does a lot of stuff to build morale. My boss at the home office is always understanding and flexible with our schedules when things come up with our families or doctors appointments. I like that the company is really focused on helping farmers in the cooperative and offering quality products. They really love people that bring new ideas to the table and management openly welcomes any feedback. It truly feels like a team and that we're all working together towards something. Also free fountain drinks, energy drinks, and coffee in the break room is a plus.

      Cons

      A lot of growing pains right now as they try to catch up on technology and improve efficiency, so a lot of people have been working overtime, but they pay you for overtime so I don't really mind.
