Flexible schedule, always overtime available

Cons

If somebody calls in you can work 17 hour shifts. Very disorganized. Never closes not even on Christmas

It was relatively easy work.

Cons

It was too easy for me. Regardless of how much I did, they would not promote me, but then had me train my own boss. When that boss quit, they had me return to re-train others that she did not train properly. After all was said and done I was glad to be gone, but then they refused to give me recommendation for my next endeavor.
