Pros
The pay is pretty good and if you can make it to five years then you become vested in the pension plan. But that's going to be hard. Medical insurance is cheap.
Cons
From the first week that I started with the company this was a major culture shock. I was told that from the first week that I started. I am only still here by some grace. We are always worried about our jobs!! I talk with other Area Managers and they are all scared to say anything. We have one regional manager that will chew you completely out of you say anything that might not be what she deems acceptable. We had to tell our managers that they were going to hourly and also tell them they were not going to loss money. That was a lie!!! They have lost anywhere from $800 a years to around $6000 a year. They are paid $13 an hour. What a slap in the face!!
