      Pros

      Company is rapidly expanding. Coworkers and management are friendly. Seems to be well-respected in community. Company is profitable and has profit sharing.

      Cons

      Company is very fast-paced, with goal of squeezing every drop out of employees, which admittedly can be good or bad, depending on what you're looking for. Decision making is very top-heavy and ambitions are outpacing the labor force they have on hand. Pay does not make up this deficiency.

      Pros

      The management team is moving the company forward. The change and momentum is tangible. It is very exciting. The work is challenging and there is plenty to do to keep me busy everyday. There is also room for growth with new positions posted each week.

      Cons

      You have to like change and must be willing to work hard.

      There are only two, customers and manager

      Cons

      Upper management doesn't care about it's employees at all. All they want is more, more, more. Stand on your feet 7 to 8 hours a day. Give your all for the customers, try to make them happy no matter how they treat you but do you ever get told you do a good job? NO!!!
