      It was great when I first started but soon went downhill.

      Pros

      You get paid every week and the job isn't super demanding

      Cons

      Management is horrible, they are unwilling to work with you on your schedule, they don't care about their employees. You also don't get breaks and they don't have a space for you to eat

      It's not just a farmer owned cooperative.

      Pros

      It's a small, stable company that is currently experiencing growth. It has agricultural roots in the cooperative, but the company is much more. The company does a relatively good job at being a good corporate citizen. The employees make the company. There are some really great people out there taking care of the company's customers.

      Cons

      Communication throughout the company is a challenge. Compensation is low to middle of the road for many postions within the company. Promotions are a challenge in such a relatively small atmosphere.

      Pros

      What I like most about this company is that it does the right thing, even in difficult circumstances. Working here has allowed me to advance and grow as a professional while maintaining my integrity. I work for, and with, people who care about me personally and professionally and I'm proud to be part of this organization.

      Cons

      MFA Oil is growing and many changes are taking place to help prepare for the future. This can be a bit challenging at times and some people may feel uncomfortable due to all the changes. But for those who like to grow and see process improvement, this is the place to be.
