Cons

Their promotions usually go to someone inside the company yet they still post the job and take interviews when the job will still be given to the person of choice. Other than that Great company to work for!

TERRIBLY Gossip is like nothing I've seen before and I worked at a high school HR is completely untrustworthy Nothing is confidential or anonymous Upper Management GROW Inappropriate line level and management (even corporate) sexual/personal relationships Micromanagement Unrealistic leasing goals 20% discount on rental for employees (currently company is 30-40%) So many employees on drugs Buying new properties is more important than improving the deteriorating ones they have You get punished for going to HR
