Pros

I have not had any best reasons to work here except they hired fast.

Cons

Management does not have employees back and rarely leaves office. If you report to HR about management expect to regret it. Bonuses are minimal. Work load is significantly greater then same positions at other companies. Carreer advancement is a popularity contest not based on skills and talent. Employees living on site recieve random inspection with no verifiable notice, nor is it in the lease, it is a policy so they get away with the harassment. Only select employees get exclusive rental discount which is unfair.

A pro could be your team members (depends on where you work)

Cons

The pay here is unlivable, the commission is extremely low compared to other property management companies and you do a lot more work then those companies just to receive lower pay. I highly recommend to not work for this company there are far more better companies to work for.
