Pros

I really enjoyed the property that I worked at, my coworkers were really kind. Lots of properties across the US so relocating would be really easy.

Cons

Feels very corporate, most of the trainings I went to felt very superficial, they asked me to do an extra project for them that they promised to pay me for but never did.

Pros

I had a great team , assistant manager , receptionist, maintenance, cleaning crew , we worked all together to maintain a beautiful property.

Cons

As a property manager living at the community I was requested to work more than 40 hours a week. Take care of emergencies 24/7 as water heater leaks , material deliveries, police reports etc

Pros

The company takes care of its employees and will spend the money to have a safe work environ.

Cons

The on-boarding process is the worst I've ever seen. with 178 different classes in the first week. The paperwork is daunting with dozens of weekly, monthly and quarterly reports due. you will spend 90% of your time filing, creating and submitting reports. if your a desk maintenance Supervisor this will be a great fit but if you like to be more hands on then not so much. the company will furnish you with a laptop and cell phone but the cell phone will never stop letting you know of the new tasks you've been assigned so it's like being on call 24/7.
