The constant growth of the company provides many opportunities to move up or around within the company. Compensation and benefits have become much more competitive including company profit sharing for all employees. Strong management.

Pros

Steady work. Benefits are fairly decent as far as health, as long as it's only for employee. Advancement in title only.

Cons

You don't get every holiday off that the company gives, based on how the occupancy numbers are at the property. No standby pay for on call. Seems like a way for the company to be cheap. Family health benefits are a bit expensive. Upper management doesn't take responsibility, pass the buck on to employees below them. Unrealistic expectations of what can be accomplished in an 8 hour day, and at the same time company doesn't want too much OT to be performed. Company policy is too not work while not on the clock, but almost works out to where you have to in order to get work completed within deadlines. Too few hands for many tasks. Too little pay for the amount of experience expected.
