Pros

The monthly lunch monthly meetings (which turned into a Zoom meeting during the pandemic) of corporate employees was great to keep all informed of what was happening in all departments, and the overall health of the company. Yearly Leadership conference was a good team building and networking opportunity along with great sessions on our company and multi family industry.

Cons

The industry relies on outside sources for business process- which is an industry trend. Sometimes communication with these third parties is difficult. Utility payments, vendor compliance tracking, bond payments for deposits.
