Rent discounts but the free ones are always taken

Cons

Overworked, underpaid, understaffed, phone constantly rings and there’s not enough people to answer and I’m not even being dramatic when I say when I laid my head down at night I heard that phone ringing. It haunted me, never stopped. Expected to the impossible at a very poor rate.

I can’t say anything wrong about them because they hired me as a leasing agent who is new to the industry about 5 years ago. They gave me a chance and I am appreciative for it.

Their policy and procedures can improved.
