Easy to shine at this company! Not many that understand maintenance here!!

Cons

Spend $20 to save a dime. Follows other state's laws because "everyone will follow California anyway". But never chose any Cali laws that benefit the employee! Like paying automatic TWO hours for emergency calls and overtime after 8 instead of 40!!
