Pros

Not alot to learn, if you like something fast paced early on but slows down because there’s not much to learn, this will be the place for you.

Cons

This company is not scalable. Which means the company cant grow past a small company because it is unable to stay organized and keep up with large workloads. Hard to call this place “home”. It’s also not an end goal “career”. It’s more like a “job”. Strict work schedule, For example it is ok to miss your lunch break but not ok to arrive 5 minutes late or leave 5 minutes early without being scolded or deducting pay. I’ve worked here for a year and have seen racist comments toward immigrant employees.

Pros

The people you work with that's really about it. If you click with people it'll be an okay place however management is terrible and if you don't you'll quit balI p0d on the "delegate" policy they love to use.

Cons

Management is terrible and the "leadership" skills are a complete joke. Management uses bully style tactics to make you feel like the company has done you a favor by providing you a job and paying. They use this tactic to get you to work late and for free sometimes. They throw work at you that postions above you should be doing and state they are delegating so you can learn new skills however if a raise or money is brought up that extra work isn't put into account. You don't receive actual training but instead need to rely on your peers to help you learn and keep up even if they themselves are buried in work.

Great benefits Great support system from your own department Tier 1 issues at hand usually are very easy.

Cons

-Some racist employees -As IT, be prepared for ignorant yet stubborn employees.
