- Flexible working arrangements such as option to work-from-home or in office - Always pushing for advancing education by reimbursing for higher degrees - Has a variety of different data and areas to work on ranging from Aviation to Healthcare to DoD

Cons

- There doesn't appear to be a close-knit community here...such as coworkers tend to be more distant - Lack of camaraderie - Assignments tend to be short-term so employees are expected to look for work...interview frequently within the company

Good exposure to all things gov contracting without the pressure of a for-profit company. Surrounded by insanely smart people. Definitely good opportunity to do something you are interested in.

Cons

Productivity is sometimes hamstrung by org size and structure. They say a lot of things (talk the talk style). Not a great place to move upward quickly without feeling sort of shady switching departments, etc. There's not a ton of incentive to be a very hard worker; everyone moves upward at a similar pace (maybe I'm not correct about this, but I was supposedly always in the 'top 5%' of salary increases and I know it was close to the same as many colleagues)
