Pros

Coworkers and immediate leads are great. Work that is being done is great. Lots of opportunity if you put in the work to find it.

Cons

The decisions made by upper management and CEO Jason have been causing quite the trend downward in faith among the employees in the company in the last few years. A huge debacle last year, essentially telling certain people they were being forced to take paid time off during thanksgiving. Forcing many people to scramble and figure out their plans right before the holidays. Only to eventually tell us "he never said it was required" -- when in fact, in emails and told to leadership, it was told to us it was going to be forced. Continuously spinning cutting benefits as "a good thing" and other negative changes, effectively gaslighting us into thinking that what they're doing is best for us. It really does not align with the current benefits other employers offer in our field. Things are seemingly sent out minimally looked over, if not unchecked whilst using HR as a scapegoat for upper management to hide behind. They offer Q&A during CEO calls and sometimes answer questions given from the employees, only to basically dodge them entirely or (I'm not even joking) laugh/scoff at some of them. More recently there have been more and more instances of condescending responses from the calls all whilst trying to convince us that they are hurting from the same cuts. Sorry, if you're making 3x-10x the salary an employee is making, you can afford some conveniences that the average employee cannot. The tenured employees recently have faced a cut in the benefits that impact staying for long periods of time, which many have shared as a great benefit over the years worked there. It's surprising how much of a slap in the face it is to people who have put in their time and how clear it is that upper management couldn't care less for the tenured people going forward.

Pros

Opportunity to do good work

Cons

The leadership is completely out of touch with their employees. They just recently cut benefits for their most senior employees with little notice. This used to be a great place to work - it isn’t any more.
