Senior leadership has made some poor choices recently with some of the business systems and now no one knows how much money their project has left. It's been a huge fiasco, but instead of owning the problem, senior leadersip has basically said 'everything is great, but we are cutting your benefits. You're welcome." Example: 35% of our workforce (people with 9+ years here) got an effective pay cut when they dropped the amount of PTO they would accrue in a pay period. They presented it as "65% will get a bump!" The 65% didn't even get a bump because we lost one holiday and got one extra day of PTO per year.
