Pros

This company is for you if you enjoy being taken advantage of at every possible opportunity.

Cons

You will not be promoted for years if at all. Diversity is only prioritized for skin color and chromosomes, Diversity of thought, ideas, political and religious beliefs so not apply. Executives double their salaries over 2 years (its true you can look it up by searching non-profit executives salaries) while RIF employees, loading up work on those that choose to stay and handing out 2.5% increases on average. If this is the ONLY job you can get, go for it and use it to go somewhere else. If you have options, go elsewhere.

Pros

Senior leadership hasn’t ruined the 401K yet

Cons

The current CEO has ruined the company. CFO decisions have created cash flow problems. Company has wasted millions in the process of a “Business Transformation” that has either failed or created more manual processes. Staff either laid off or leaving willingly while the rest of us are told to do more with less. Read between the lines work more hours because you’re not getting help. Too many layers of management.

Pros

I worked with several top notch people, capable both technically and in leadership, before they left and I left.

Cons

It does not appear from the evidence that the Directors/SVPs and Board have ever run an actual business that had to sell a product. Company resembles a fighter plane throwing chaff, lest the adversaries get a clean shot. Difficult to fix a company with this much dysfunction by quadrupling the executive staff while contract revenue is static at best. That creates chaos, gossip, and jockeying for position from the executive staff on down. Bloating the number of execs is a time-honored tactic for companies on the way down: CEO brings on cronies to serve as tight ends, or upon whom to deflect blame. They're paid well enough that it is immaterial, comes with the territory. Mission focus is lost. Since one of the Board jobs is to bring in business, they don't seem to be doing too well at that, either.
